It's going to be a busy year for The Circle in 2016.
The "supergroup" of Sammy Hagar, former Van Halen bassist Michael Anthony, drummer Jason Bonham and guitarist Vic Johnson from Hagar's Wabos band has played live dates during the past two years and released a live CD and video.
But Bonham tells us that next year the quartet has plans to be more active and productive:
"The DVD just came out from when we first, the first tour we ever did, which is one of the reasons why we wanted to continue on. We're gonna go into the studio and probably do some original music and look to doing a lot more...This year we were only working a few shows a month, just here, there and everywhere. There wasn't a real tour. I know Sammy was talking about going out and doing a real tour, so I'm looking forward to it."
Bonham is currently on the road with his Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Experience.
