Though it was generally known, Graham Nash has confirmed his pending divorce from second wife Susan Sennett after 38 years of marriage.
Nash tells us that the split inspired some of the material that will appear on "This Path Tonight" -- his first new solo album in 14 years, which is due out April 15: "I'm at an interesting point in my life, actually...My life is a little chaotic right now, and my songs reflect that because I think...it's the duty of every artist to reflect their times, to reflect what's going on and around us, and we do… Like every relationship after 30 years, y'know, things change. Things get a little difficult sometimes. But they all work themselves out."
Nash is currently dating Amy Grantham, who took the photos that will be included in "This Path Tonight."
Nash returns to the road for solo dates on January 27 in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., and plans to also play shows with David Crosby and Stephen Stills this year.
