General Contest Rules
Unless otherwise stated Classic Rock 102.9 WMGK contests are open only to residents of Classic Rock 102.9 WMGK terrestrial listening area. All contest entries will become property of Classic Rock 102.9 WMGK. Prizes are non transferable or exchangeable and can not be substituted, except by sponsors, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Taxes, gratuities and all other incidentals are the sole responsibility of the winner. All winners must be at least eighteen years of age unless otherwise specified. Only one winner per household per 60 days. After winning a prize valued at one thousand dollars($1,000.00) or moreyou will not be eligible to win any other prizes from Classic Rock 102.9 WMGK for one year. All prizes must be claimed within thirty days of the date won or will be forfeited. Winners may be asked to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release. Classic Rock 102.9 WMGK reserves the right to disqualify any winner if the contest rules have been violated in any way. Classic Rock 102.9 WMGK, Greater Media Inc. Internet Game & Contest Rules
Game and contest participants using the Internet must provide a valid e-mail address. Limit one entry per e-mail address. Classic Rock 102.9 WMGK and sponsors not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone or other transmission failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; or incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions whether caused by Classic Rock 102.9 WMGK, users, by any equipment or programming utilized in promotions, games or contests, or by human error which may occur in the processing of submissions, which may limit a participant's ability to participate. Online listeners to the WMGK web stream may experience a reception delay of up to one minute. Listening to the station’s over-the-air broadcast is the best way to participate in our on-air contests. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash. WMGK reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute for any prize with one of equal or greater value. Winners may not request prize substitution.
When conducting any contest in which listeners are directed to "be the first caller when you hear a song” by a specific artist (or a specific song), the following rules will apply: snippets of songs played for advertising or promotional purposes and music beds that contain music from the designated artist WILL NOT count. Only specific songs or songs from a specific artist that are played from beginning to end will be used to solicit contest calls. Listeners should try to be the first caller at 215-263-WMGK as soon as they hear the specific song or artist begin to play. (If a listener accidentally calls when a song snippet or music bed is played, s/he will simply be informed of the error; no harm, no foul!)

Bananas for the Birds – Customer Rules
1. Any individual who makes a purchase of Celutec Windows BETWEEN 8/01/09 - 8/31/09 (the “Qualified Sales Period”) from Windowizards located at 6240 Bristol Pike Levittown, PA 19057 is eligible to receive a rebate in the amount of the full purchase price, excluding sales tax and delivery charges, if the Philadelphia professional football team (“Team”) wins the professional football championship game currently scheduled for February 7, 2010 (“Big Game”). NOTE: Total value of eligible rebates is limited to $100,000, and the Qualified Sales Period may be terminated before August 31 if the maximum rebate value is reached. Eligible purchases will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. All purchases made during the Qualified Sales Period as part of the Promotion are final. No returns, exchanges or cancellations are permitted. Customers who purchase merchandise and do not wish to participate in the “Bananas for the Birds” Promotion must sign the non-participation agreement below.
3. Individuals who make a purchase during the Qualified Sales Period must PAY IN FULL in order to qualify as a Qualified Customer and be eligible to receive a rebate.
4. Qualified Customers’ right to receive a rebate will be determined if/when the Team wins the Big Game on 2/7/2010. If the Team does not play in or win the Big Game, no rebate will be provided.
5. In the event the Team wins the Big Game on 2/7/2010, rebates will be made to Qualified Customers (as defined in Rule #3 above) subject to the following:
a. Qualified Customers must present their original sales receipt (no copies or credit card authorizations; only actual sales receipts will be accepted) confirming their eligibility, in person at the Levittown Windowizards,on or before March 6, 2010 to be eligible for a rebate;
b. A rebate will be given only to the original purchaser/Qualified Customer in the amount of the purchase price excluding sales tax and delivery charges.

6. Purchases made outside of the Qualified Sales Period and all sales tax and delivery charges are not eligible for a rebate.

How to Enter for a Chance to Win
Contest starts Monday November 23, 2009 at 12:01am and ends Monday December 7, 2009 at 11:59 pm. Contestants must be an @Work Network member to register for the contest. If not an @Work Network Member, Go to www.wmgk.com and register to become an @Work Network Member. There is no fee or other consideration required to become an @Work Network Member. Interested contestants need to go to the MGK @Work Network Member’s page during the contest period and click on the logo the says “Rachael Ray”. Upon landing on the registration page, the contestant then needs to fill in their contact information and favorite original recipe and then click the ENTER button. The MGK Promotions Department will select their favorite recipe and deem that contestant the winner of a pair of tickets to attend a future taping of the Rachael Ray Show (located in New York City, New York), and a $100 gift card to a Philadelphia area restaurant.
Each participant, by submitting a recipe, certifies the recipe they are submitting is their own original recipe and that the participant has full right and authority to submit the recipe to WMGK for use in the contest.

How to Enter for a Chance to Win
Contest starts Monday November 30, 2009 at 7:55am and ends Friday December 11, 2009 at 5pm. Each weekday during the contest period, WMGK will give away $1,000 . MGK Morning Show host, John DeBella, will play the Classic Rock Christmas Song of the Day each weekday during the contesting period at approximately 7:55am. The next time that song is played the same day on 102.9 WMGK before 5:00 p.m. (excluding play during an advertisement or promotional announcement), interested participants should call the station at 215-263-WMGK. The first caller to reach the WMGK on-air personality will be declared that day’s winner (subject to qualification).
Interested contestants can also obtain the best time to listen for the “Classic Rock Christmas Song of the Day” to play by going to: www.wmgk.com and registering to become an @Work Network Member. There is no fee or other consideration required to become an @Work Network Member. The best time, within 60 minutes, to listen for the song each day will be revealed on the @Work Network Members' Page at www.WMGK.com. All of the information for that particular week will be posted on the @Work Network Members' Page. Example: “Monday November 30 between 4 and 5pm; Tuesday December 1 between 12:30pm and 1:30pm, etc”. The information for each week will be posted on the Friday before at 8am. WMGK is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failure or malfunctions, lost or unavailable network or other telecommunications connections, or lost, late, damaged, illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, disconnected, or delayed contest entries or communications, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this contest, or by any human error which may occur in the execution of this contest. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of being conducted as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the control of WMGK, Station reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest and/or determine an alternate method of awarding the prize(s).
License
Entry into any contest constitutes full permission for WMGK and promotion sponsors and their respective affiliates to broadcast and/or to photograph or publish the participant's name, voice, recorded comments, biographical information, face and likeness without compensation.
Taxes
WMGK will report the total value of each prize to the IRS and will furnish winners with a federal Form 1099. Winners must provide their social security number to WMGK for tax reporting purposes, and are solely responsible for payment of all taxes incurred as a result of the award of a prize.
General
Failure to conform to all contest rules, or any fraud or other illegal or inappropriate conduct on the part of a contestant, will result in the contestant's disqualification and forfeiture of any prize won. WMGK reserves the right to rule ineligible listeners who, in WMGK’s sole judgment, engage in abusive conduct with respect to any contest or promotion conducted by WMGK or its affiliates. WMGK reserves the right to make changes in the contest rules at any time, which changes will become effective upon announcement. By taking part in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the judges, who are employees of WMGK and whose decisions with respect to all aspects of the contest are final and binding.
