OLIVER!  at the Walnut Theater September 10 through January 10

I put together a collage of some of the Lionel Bart songs - (from the London Symphony Orchaestra's production).  The collage is a little less than ninety seconds but should refresh your memory as to how great the music is from the play.

The production features the largest cast The Walnut Theater ever engaged plus a dog!  More than 300 children auditioned for some 40 roles.

Gregory Smith (Oliver) and Scott Greer (Mr. Bumble)

Tickets are as low as $10 and as high as $70.  A most worthwhile adventure! At the Walnut Street Theatre through January 10th, 2010.

Unique chance to see great talent in a small venue:

Chuck Prophet – World Cafe Live – November 20

California-born and raised, Chuck Prophet is a rising star.  Aside from being a fine singer-songwriter, he is a very hot guitar player.  If you like Bob Dylan and Tom Petty, you will enjoy this artist.

What better place to see this show than the World Cafe Live, where acoustics are fantastic, and only about 300 people will share in the experience?
