The Rolling Stones, Billy Joel, The Grateful Dead and U2 were among the top touring earners of 2015, according to Billboard magazine.
All four showed up on the Top 10 of the trade publication's list of touring revenues, with the Stones at No. 3 overall, raking in $37.3 million. Billy Joel was right behind with $30.1 million, while the Dead ranked No. 5 with $22.5 million combined for its five Fare The Well shows and the subsequent Dead & Company trek. U2 came in at No. 6, pulling in $20.6 million for its Innocence + Experience Tour.
Though not in the Top 10 in touring AC/DC made Billboard's top sellers list, ranking No. 7 with $3.4 million in music sales.
