Fezstock Local Music Festival Returns

The Fezstock Music Festival is back. Thousands of local music fans remember it when it began in 1984 and happened every year for nine years. 23 years later, founder Jim Femino decided to do it again.

Femino, a Royersford resident who also lives in Nashville has had a lot of success writing songs for (mostly) country acts the past 25 or so years, like his “Just got started lovin’ you” that was a number one hit for James Otto.

Fezstock draws upon Woodstock as a model for bringing people together with music in the spirit of love and peace. There will be solo, acoustic singer songwriters and classic rock bands, many from this area, all there to spend a day in the sun basking in peace and love.

It’s not as big as Max Yasgur’s Farm but the field behind a VFW in the quaint little town of Royersford will provide an intimate experience on Saturday August 6 from 11 am until 11 pm.

The line up (not in this order) includes:
Sierra Kameron
Tucker Bros
Whiskeyhickon Boys
Fate Up
Olivia West
No Restraints
Jim “Fez” Femino
SpiritHouse Band
Steve Laret
Fullam Brothers
Jeff Twardzik
Jeff and the Fraction
