Chris Hemsworth Chopped Thor's Hair, And We're Super Heartbroken

Okay, so we get that Thor was kind of like a modern-day Fabio, but we're seriously a little sad that the Norse God chopped his locks.

Chris Hemsworth told Entertainment Weekly that “It was nice not to have to sit in the makeup chair for that hour each morning" on the Thor: Ragnarok set. "It felt like a rebirth for me as the actor but also as the character.”

For those of you who don't care as much about Thor not having long hair, here's the specs for Thor: Ragnarok.

  • Cate Blanchett is the villain, called Hela, AKA "The Goddess of Death" - who's accidentally released from prison.
  • Mark Ruffalo reprises his role as The Hulk - who he's a having to battle in this installment.
  • We already know that Tom Hiddleston is reprising Loki due to press pictures when they started filming.

When Tom Hiddleston was questioned about whether Loki is playing the side of good or Evil, it's noted by ComicBook.com that he says “Loki is a God of Mischief. Whether he’s a monster is not for me to say.”

We can't wait for Thor: Ragnarok to release, which will be November 7, 2017.
