Today we celebrate the birth of Eagles founder Don Henley.  In our opinion Henley is one of the most successful rockers of all time.  He’s a Rock N Roll Hall of Famer, a Songwriting Hall of Fame member, has sold millions of records with both The Eagles and via his solo career and he’s shown himself to be a force in defending/protecting the Earth. Here are a few of our favorite Don Henley performances.  Don Henley – Boys of Summer Live @ Farm Aid (1985)

Don Henley - The Boys of Summer (Live at Farm Aid 1985)

Don Henley performs "The Boys of Summer" live at the Farm Aid concert in Champaign, Illinois on September 22, 1985. Farm Aid was started by Willie Nelson, Neil Young and John Mellencamp in 1985 to keep family farmers on the land and has worked since then to make sure everyone has access to good food from family farmers.
