October 16 is "Boss' Day," and while we respect the true nature of the holiday in recognizing your work superior, we'd much rather recognize everyone's favorite Boss, Bruce Springsteen, and four of his "Most Boss Moments."

Bruce & "Bruce" Sing "Gov. Christie Traffic Jam"

Bruce has appeared on both of Jimmy Fallon’s talk shows (Late Night & The Tonight Show), but one of our favorite appearances involved a Bruce/Bruce duet that took on the infamous “Bridge-gate” scandal involving New Jersey Governor Chris Christie.

Bruce Talks About Seeing The Who Live For The First Time

The Boss recently paid tribute to Pete Townshend by presenting him with the 2015 MusiCares MAP Fund Award.  Bruce recalled the first time he saw The Who perform…and they were opening for Herman’s Hermits.  Seriously, watch this entire video; he gives a stellar speech.

He and The E Street Band Rock The Super Bowl

Remember when Bruce and The E Street Band performed the halftime show at Super Bowl XLIII, yelled at us for eating instead of paying attention to the show and then nearly took out a camera with his crotch?  Yeah...wasn’t that AWESOME?!

When he fronted U2 for a night

The Boss stepped in for an injured and ailing Bono during a December 2014 show in New York City’s Times Square in honor of World AIDS Day and fronted U2 for the night.  Think about it:  Who else could really pull that off?!

(Sir Paul McCartney inducting Foo Fighters? C'mon now!) She's also well-versed in etiquette and extraordinarily nice. #TransRightsAreHumanRights
