Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder made a surprise appearance at the Oscars. Vedder played the Tom Petty song “Room At The Top” as a video montage of members of the film community who had passed away in 2017 ran behind him.
“Room at the Top” appeared on Echo, the 10th studio album by Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, which was released in 1999.
