Aretha Franklin’s death certificate has surfaced, and we now know her official cause of death.

TMZ obtained the document and reports The Queen of Soul died due to pancreatic cancer.

As for the funeral/memorial plans for Franklin, TMZ also reports she will be buried in Detroit’s Woodlawn Cemetery, which is also the resting place of civil rights icon Rosa Parks.

While a private funeral for family and close friends is planned to take place at Greater Grace Temple in Detroit, a 4-day public memorial is reportedly going to be taking place at Detroit’s Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History where Franklin’s open casket will be on display.  So far, the museum’s is not currently listing any details of the reported service taking place.
