It’s David Bowie’s birthday today, so we wanted to post something that captures his spirit. Believe it or not, there may be no better example than this 15 minute video of him searching for beer in the streets of Madrid with (high school friend) Peter Frampton in 1987. It’s a wonderful snapshot into rock stardom in the 80s, and Bowie’s kind, witty and effervescent spirit shines through. Happy birthday, Bowie!
