Sammy Hagar Teases New Track “Trust Fund Baby”
Sammy Hagar is going have a busy year with The Circle, his band with former Van Halen bandmate Michael Anthony, Jason Bonham and Vic Johnson.
Hagar shared a preview of the band’s first single “Trust Fund Baby” via his Instagram. The video caption reads, “Here is a taste of the first song ‘Trust Fund Baby’ from the Circle’s new album Space Between’… play it on whatever system suits you and crank it up, it f*cking rocks like the rest of the album!”
At the time of publishing, a release date is not yet known. One thing that is known is that some sort of tour in support of Space Between likely won’t be out of the question.
Hagar, as previously mentioned in a Facebook video, will have to juggle a new album with recording seasons four and five of his series Rock & Roll Road Trip with Sammy Hagar. He’s also launching a new tequila brand in 2019, too.
I often wonder, “What’s in the water Sammy’s drinking that keeps him so active?” Frankly, the answer is probably, “The water is actually tequila,” which would make the most sense.
