Bucks County businessman Ryan Schott is a Wawa superfan, and he’s putting his money where his hoagie-filled mouth is. He recently launched a $10,000 challenge to help Wawa earn more Twitter followers than its arch-nemesis Sheetz.
This undertaking has its own hashtag: #followwawa and even its own website. Best of all, there’s a charity component! If Wawa overtakes Sheetz in online popularity by Dec. 6, he says he’ll donate $10k to local food charity Philabundance.
