Vince Neil is spending Thanksgiving recovering from hand surgery.

The Motley Crue frontman shared the photo below to Instagram along with the caption, “Hand Surgery Today!! #vikingdisease #Dupuytrenscontracture #nashville.”

The condition, Dupuytren’s Contracture, that Neil mentioned via hashtag causes the fingers to curl over time. Per the Mayo Clinic, the condition is most commonly found in men and people of Northern European descent, hence why it has the nickname “Viking Disease” and why Neil referenced it in another hashtag.

Motley Crue, of course, recently announced they are back together and will plan to tour. So far, tour dates for the rumored tour with Def Leppard and Poison have yet to be announced.
