Nirvana is about to make history in 2019 thanks to their video for “Smells Like Teen Spirit.”

Per a press release from Universal Music, the iconic video will soon hit one billion views on YouTube. (At the time of publishing, the video sits at a little over 993 million views.)

The video would join some very prestigious company as Guns N’ Roses‘ video for “November Rain” hit the one billion mark back in July 2018 making it the first music video released before the 2000’s to receive one billion views on YouTube.

Naturally, this poses a very important question of which video is best: “November Rain” or “Smells Like Teen Spirit”? Vote in our poll below! If you need a refresher before you vote, you can check out each video below the poll.
