Steven Tyler has given his share of emotional performances, but few are quite like this one.
The Aerosmith frontman, who celebrates his birthday today (March 26), has never been shy about his battle with addiction. Since getting sober, he’s given back in order to help others battling substance abuse.
In 2014, he performed for patients at the Recovery Unplugged Drug Treatment Center, which uses music therapy as part of the treatment process. Needless to say, the video below is incredibly moving, and you should grab a tissue.
