Carlos Santana Has ‘Unscheduled Heart Procedure’, Cancels Vegas Residency
Carlos Santana has canceled his upcoming Las Vegas residency at the House of Blues following an “unscheduled heart procedure.”
News broke earlier this week about the residency’s cancelation with the UPDATE: Carlos Santana on 12/1 has been cancelled.
Santana had a Non-Covid related situation that has been corrected. He's recovering and doing fantastic.

Santana, himself, would share via social media that he’s recovering from an “unscheduled heart procedure” and included a brief video explaining his current health situation and to help dispel any rumors going around.
Santana said, in part, “Last Saturday I had an incident where I asked my wife Cindy to take me to the hospital because I had this thing happening in my chest. So we went there. We found out we had to take care of it. So I am, and I’m going to be taking time out for a little bit to make sure I replenish and I rest and catch up with my health so that when I play for you I would play the way I’m used to and give you 150 percent. I wouldn’t show up unless I can do that.”
We wish Santana a speedy recovery and hope to see him return to the stage very soon.
