Ringo Starr has been forced to cancel the remaining tour dates with his All-Starr band due to testing positive for COVID for a second time.

Starr shared via Twitter, “I’m sure you’ll be as surprised as I was I tested positive again for Covid. The rest of the tour is off. I send you peace and love.”

Earlier this month, Starr tested positive for COVID leading to the cancelation of five shows. At the time, a statement said, in part, “Ringo hopes to resume as soon as possible and is recovering at home. As always, he and the All-Starrs send peace and love to their fans and hope to see them back out on the road soon.”

In June, the tour was postponed due to All-Starr Band members Steve Lukather and Edgar Winter testing positive for COVID.
