My Favorite Coffee is Back!
It is officially that time of year again and things are full steam ahead for the holiday season.
Well, depending on who you ask, I guess!
I know some people do not consider it to be the holiday season until Thanksgiving is officially over, which is totally fair because who would want to skip right over such a great holiday in and of itself?
But it is all good! Some things we cannot control and for better or worse, the general public goes right into holiday season mode right after Halloween passes.
One thing that I love for sure about the change of year is that my favorite coffee is now back on the shelves for a limited time!
The holiday blend coffee from Southeastern Pennsylvania’s favorite convenience store, Wawa, is finally back and I could not be any more stoked!
Trust me, that other convenience store from Western Pennsylvania could never put out a product like this! What’s that place called again? Blanketz? Pillowz? Who really cares, anyway!
The coffee itself is a mild roast with hints of molasses, ginger, cinnamon, and clove.
It is Christmas in a cup! It is as simple as that.
It is so good, and as a matter of fact, I am drinking some as I write this right now!
Dare I say, it is even better than their pumpkin spice coffee!
I might catch some heat for that, and trust me I love the pumpkin spice flavor myself, but the holiday blend is in a league of its own!
Try some for yourself and tell me I am wrong!
Bring on all the cold weather, snow storms, last-minute gift shopping, and all the other chaos the holiday season brings! As long as I have my holiday blend coffee from Wawa — nothing else matters!
Truly though, I get sad when Christmas is over for all sorts of reasons, one of them being that I have to wait a whole year to have my favorite coffee again.
I honestly think Wawa needs to introduce other holiday-themed coffees.
How about a collaboration with Russell Stover for a box-of-chocolates Valentine’s Day-themed coffee?
Or maybe a spiked Bailey’s Irish Cream coffee for St. Paddy’s Day?
Best of all, maybe spice it up with a Cinco De Mayo blend!
The options are endless, but for now, let me get back to my holiday blend!
