March 9th 10:15 AM

The Cure is hitting the road in North America for the first time since 2016.

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame band announced a 30-date tour that will kick off on May 10 in New Orleans and wrap on July 1 in Miami. In the announcement of the tour on their website, they note, “The Cure have agreed all ticket prices, and apart from a few Hollywood Bowl charity seats, there will be no ‘platinum’ or ‘dynamically priced’ tickets on this tour.”

While the band is taking a stand against Ticketmaster’s controversial ticket pricing structure, fans will still need to use “Ticketmaster Verified Fan” in order to purchase tickets. Registration at VerifiedFan.Ticketmaster.com is open now and will close on Monday, March 13 at 1 PM ET/10 AM PT.

Tickets go on sale on Wednesday, March 15. Full ticket details can be found at TheCure.com.
