This isn't a normal gas station, because what does a talking wheel of cheese know about gas? In fact, you'll find no gas at all. The pump at this station will shoot out bags of Cheez-It, so bring a big container to catch them in. The quick-stop store at the station will have boxes of Cheez-Its and merch available for purchase. The gas station is only going to be open until Sunday. So if you're in the Joshua Tree area going for a hike and you need some crunchy cheesy goodness, make a stop at the Cheez-It gas station. If your car is running on fumes, don't make the stop because you might be stuck there, but at least you'll have food until Sunday. Here's a video of the Cheez-It pump and the Cheez-It store.
I think more snack or candy brands should start doing this. Here are my top 3 I'd like to see:
1. Reese's Take 5 - The most underrated candy out there. It's got everything. Reese's peanut butter, chocolate, caramel, peanuts, and waffle-shaped pretzels. I'd never leave.
2. Lay's Stax - Pringles ain't got sh*t on Lays Stax. Slightly thicker/sturdier, a bit saltier, a lot betterer.
3. Goldfish - Just a gas pump shooting out goldfish into my mouth. A serving size is like 50 fish. I'd also just like to see the commercials for the place with Boban Marjanović and Tobias Harris for the goldfish gas pump.
If a Cheez-It gas station is going to be a thing, I'm pretty sure there is a morning show office in Philadelphia that they can build one near.
