Today, my stories from the Jersey Shore continue with a cool new place called The Shorebreak Cafe.

The Shorebreak Cafe is a brand new spot in T.I. — Townsend’s Inlet, for those who don’t know — for breakfast sandwiches and coffee.

Not only that, but they have some amazing baked goods as well.

If you are familiar with the Townsend’s Inlet area, The Shorebreak Cafe is located right where Nickelby’s was in Sea Isle.

For those who don’t know, Nickelby’s was a legendary spot in Sea Isle for over 39 years.

Well, now it’s time for The Shorebreak Cafe to carry the torch, and they are off to a great start.

The Shorebreak Cafe Menu...

The menu at this cool new spot has anything you could ever want for breakfast on it.

I’m talking about crumb cakes, cinnamon buns, ham and cheese biscuits, muffins, danishes, croissants, donuts, bagels, and breakfast sandwiches alike!

Plus, I can’t forget about their homemade pop tarts.

I have to say, those things really are a game changer, and a must-have if you visit this place.

The pop tarts are made from scratch — just like everything else at The Shorebreak Cafe — and you can really taste the difference that makes.

They are so good, and words honestly can’t do it justice, so here's a picture!

Also, I loved their crumb cake, and like their menu says, “It’s an iconic Jersey breakfast pastry.”

The workers there were awesome and the customer service was fantastic.

If you find yourself down the Jersey Shore during the remainder of the summer, you have to make it your mission to get breakfast there one day.

You won’t regret it!

And if you’re in the mood for a little dessert, they also have ice cream on the menu.

How can you beat that!?

The Shorebreak Cafe, remember the name!

Matt Cord’s Reading Terminal Market Favorite List

Over the weekend, I hit one of the staples in Philadelphia, and more specifically a major destination for people that are looking for a good meal, snack, or treat in The City of Brotherly Love.

Trust me, this place has something for everyone, whether that be a cheesesteak, roast pork sandwich, cookies, and even ice cream!

And each place is equally amazing depending on what kind of mood you are in on that particular day!

In fact, after my last trip to this place, I think I have a new favorite for the moment, but I will get into more detail about that in a bit, so keep reading!

If you do not know where I am talking about quite yet, it is the Reading Terminal Market!

What an iconic stop in the amazing city of Philadelphia.

If you have never been, you are missing out.

But I have a feeling the majority of you have definitely been there before!

After my trip over the weekend, I figured why not list my current top five places to grab something to eat there!

In no particular order!

1. Dutch Eating Place

I will start with where I ate on Saturday!

Which is one of the best diners you’ll ever eat at, regardless of whether you are at the Reading Terminal Market or not!

It is Pennsylvania Dutch food at its finest.

I had a cheeseburger with their homemade fresh-cut french fries, and my girlfriend had an open-faced turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy, and cranberry – basically Thanksgiving dinner on a plate!

Both meals were absolutely delicious!

I am getting hungry just thinking about it again!

By the way, they also have a great breakfast menu, which is served until about 1 p.m.

I definitely recommend checking it out.

2. Dinic's Rost Pork & Beef

Next, I have to list the all-time classic, Dinic’s Roast Pork and Beef.

There is no better place to get either sandwich in the city!

The broccoli rabe on the pork sandwich is top-notch.

You could argue they have the best sandwiches in the city, which is insane for a city known for a completely different sandwich in our cheesesteaks!

A must-try, for sure.

3. Glick’s Rib Shack

Claiming the next spot on the list…

This is Amish barbeque at its finest.

You can smell the aroma in the air as soon as you get close to it!

The boneless rib sandwich they have is amazing, and that goes for their spare ribs as well.

Their sauce is unique in a good way, and they even have a spicy sauce option, too!

Check it out the next time you are craving BBQ!

4. Molly Malloy’s

Grabbing one of the final two spots on my list…

What a great pub!

They are located pretty much in the heart of the market, so you can’t miss them if you are wandering around!

What could be better than stopping in for a quick bite to eat and grabbing a pint to drink when hitting the market?

Plus, they have some big TV’s to kick back and relax, while enjoying both your food and beverage of choice.

5. Beiler’s Bakery

You know my list would not be complete without mentioning something for all the people with a sweet tooth out there!

Claiming the last spot on my list…

The donuts there are decadent!

That is literally the best way to describe them.

Easily some of the best donuts I have ever had in my life.

They are worth every second you’ll have to wait in line.
