Let me start by saying this: I didn’t expect to casually find myself walking through the players entrance at Lincoln Financial Field. But somehow — thanks to the most roundabout chain of events — I ended up sipping drinks at an open bar, snacking on everything in sight, and eventually getting a full-blown behind-the-scenes tour of the Philadelphia Eagles locker room, and press room. Not to even mention I got to meet the Super Bowl trophies (yes, plural — and yes, I took plenty of photos).
Was this a planned pilgrimage by a die-hard fan? Not exactly. Did I still live my full Eagles fantasy? Absolutely.
The night started as a regular event with good food, open bar (hello, espresso martinis), and great company. But then, in true Philly fashion, things escalated in the best way possible: “Do you want to see the locker rooms?” was the casual question that changed the night.
Locker Room Tour!
We entered through the players’ entrance (yes, the same one Jalen Hurts walks through on game day — no big deal). From there, it was one surreal moment after the next.
First up was the press room. Here I stood behind the podium like I was about to announce my own trade deal. (Spoiler: I didn’t.) But being in the room where so many of those emotional post-game interviews happen made it all feel real in a way watching on TV just doesn’t capture.

I saw both of the Eagles’ Tiffany & Co. Lombardi Trophies in person — sparkly, iconic, and low-key intimidating. And yes… I got to see Jalen Hurts’ locker. I paused. I admired.
Oh — and here’s a sentence I never thought I’d write: I sat in the exact seat Saquon Barkley does. Weird flex? 100%. Am I unreasonably happy about it? Also 100%.
You could feel the weight of the moments that have happened there — the wins, the losses, the one-liners that made headlines. Even though I wasn’t suited up or wearing a helmet, for a second, I felt like I was part of the team. Okay, maybe not a part of the team, but definitely a cheerleader!
I’ve been to my fair share of Eagles games, but nothing compared to this. Walking the halls where the players prep, hearing the workout music, seeing the legacy locked into every trophy and locker… it was electric.
If you ever get the chance to go behind the scenes at the Linc? Take it. Take the photo. Sit in the seat. Whisper “Go Birds” and mean it. In this city, every little moment like that matters. See more of my night here!
