New Jersey Motorsports Park (NJMP) is bringing back its popular motorcycle road riding introduction program, NJMiniGP.
According to an April 29 news release, NJMiniGP is now under new ownership. The new owners intend to continue the program's mission to provide an approachable, affordable, and safe opportunity for motorcycle racing patrons of all ages and skill levels through coached practice days and three-day camps and schools.
This year, NJMiniGP will hold events in New Jersey and New York. The first event is scheduled for the weekend of May 17 and 18 at NJMP in Millville, New Jersey. A complete 2025 event schedule is coming soon and will be published on NJMP's website.
NJMiniGP offers young riders an entry point into the world of motorsports racing through the support of staff, coaches, and family members. Adult riders can benefit from NJMiniGP's environment by improving their riding skills at every level, from first-time riders to club racers.
NJMiniGP was founded in 2008. It provides a family-friendly environment where individuals of all skill levels and abilities can experience the excitement of motorcycle racing in a controlled environment. NJMiniGP offers programs to help young riders acquire the techniques and confidence needed for road racing and provides resources for adults to hone their skills.
