The PGA TOUR Superstore, a leading destination for golf accessories, apparel, and equipment, has announced it will celebrate its grand opening in Cherry Hill on Oct. 25 at 2232 Route 70 West in the Garden State Pavilions. As the first of its type for the company in South Jersey, the new store will open at 9 a.m. that day and offer thousands of dollars in giveaways for the first guests in line.

A hiring event for new employees will take place on Aug. 27 and 28 at the Westin Mount Laurel, 555 Fellowship Road in Mount Laurel.

At 40,000 square feet, the Cherry Hill PGA TOUR Superstore is a full-service hub for the golf enthusiast. Stepping inside, guests will discover six practice and play hitting bays, four state-of-the-art club fitting bays, and a 1,500-square-foot "dance floor." The indoor putting green will allow guests to sink their putts like a pro while experimenting with the latest putters.

Certified teaching professionals will be available to assist golfers of all skill levels as they seek to fine-tune their game. Additionally, professionals will offer services such as custom club fittings, repairs, and regripping.

“South Jersey is a fantastic place for golf, and we're excited to bring something special to the community,” said Lisa-Jo Donnelly, general manager of the Cherry Hill store, shared with The Sun Newspapers. “With our in-store simulators and putting green, this isn't just a store. It's a place where golfers can play, learn, and connect with others who share their passion.”

South Jersey is quickly becoming a sought-after golfing destination. The area is home to more than 70 courses, including the Pennsauken Country Club, created in 1931, and the Seaview Bay Course, designed in 1914 by Donald Ross. In recent years, South Jersey has also supported the growth of youth golf programs and competitive high school and college teams.
