Among the most notable names in the lineup is Stewart, who, according to The Philadelphia Inquirer, has played only a handful of gigs with Church and State™. Rolling Stone reported in October that the group popped up at a weekly show that singer/guitarist Rick Barry of the group was hosting at a bar on the Asbury Park boardwalk. According to The Philadelphia Inquirer, last month, he told his Daily Show audience that he picked up the drums after failing to play the guitar or piano. At age 63, he's finding playing in the band a delight.
Additional performers set to appear at the Sing Us Home Festival include the following:
- Blues guitarist Emily Wolfe
- Canadian punks the Flatliners
- New York indie rock band the Augustines
- Philly singer Moustapha Noumbissi
- Lancaster folk-punk band Apes of the State
- Singer-songwriters Katacombs and Laney Lebo
- Big Boy Brass
