Reclectic, a discount shop for URBN brands, is relocating from Franklin Mall in Northeast Philadelphia to a larger 44,000-square-foot space at Willow Grove Park Mall in Montgomery County next month.
Reclectic will close at Franklin Mall on Saturday, Feb. 21, and reopen at Willow Grove Park Mall on Friday, Feb. 27, with an 11 a.m. grand opening.

"We are excited to relocate our Philadelphia Reclectic to an expanded space at Willow Grove Park Mall," Kevin Dorfmeyer, executive director of strategy for URBN, said to PhillyVoice. "We've seen so much enthusiasm from our customers for the Reclectic model, and our upgraded location will allow us to better serve them with more inventory and styles."
According to URBN, the move is designed to increase the brand's selling capacity to meet ongoing demand for Reclectic's merchandise, which includes Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, Free People, and Nuuly, in both new and used formats.
Reclectic's departure from Franklin Mall reflects the facility's broader decline. The shopping center was identified in December 2025 as a potential site for industrial redevelopment. It has lost major tenants such as AMC and Sam Ash over the past two years, leaving occupancy at approximately 68%.
