The 2026 Philadelphia Flower Show, running from Feb. 28 to March 8 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, marks the event's 197th year as the nation's largest horticultural event. This year's theme, Rooted: Origins of American Gardening, will explore the heritage and legacy of American gardening.

Education and Tours
Education and tours are part of the experience. They include early morning and photography tours, available for separate tickets, plus the Know to Grow speaker series on heirloom gardens, pollinators, and sustainable design. Don't miss the Plant People Place for some horticulture Q&A.
Events
- “Butterflies Live!” (Feb. 27-March 8) will invite visitors to walk among native and exotic butterflies. Note that a separate ticket is required for this experience.
- A Kids Cocoon will run daily and feature family-friendly programming, with Family Frolic on March 1 providing additional activities.
- Other events include the Preview Party (Feb. 27), a wellness-focused “Blossom & Breathe” (March 4), a dog-friendly Fido Friday (March 6), and the 21-and-older “Flowers After Hours” celebration (March 7).
Exhibitions
Exhibits will feature The Forest Floor entrance garden, blending Japanese, Scottish, and American design. The PHS Hamilton Horticourt will display hundreds of competition entries, and large-scale exhibit gardens from returning design firms, universities, and floral organizations will also be on exhibit.
Shopping
Shopping areas include a marketplace for live plants and decor, a Makers Market for regional crafts, and on-floor options like the PHS Shop and Bloom Bar for merchandise and pre-made floral crowns.
Show Hours
The show runs Feb. 28 through March 8, daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. It will close at 6 p.m. on March 8.
Tickets
Online adult tickets are $43 on weekdays and $54 on weekends. Discounted twilight admission after 4 p.m. starts at $33. Student tickets are $25, children's tickets are $20, and multi-day passes range from $60 to $100. All tickets include a $3 processing fee. Tickets are available through the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society.
Workshops and Hands-on Learning
Attendees can visit Artisan Row to participate in guided workshops on floral crowns, terrariums, candles, and bouquets. Additionally, attendees will be invited to join Potting Parties with Tu Bloom, where they'll create container gardens or floral arrangements.
