I had the great pleasure of chatting with Robin Trower about his upcoming tour which brings him to the Keswick Theatre on Thursday 4/4. He has a new album called COMING CLOSER TO THE DAY which resonates with that signature, compelling sound that is like no other. We talk about that first tour of America with Procol Harum (my husband Chip saw and hung out with them at a teen club near Scranton!), the switch from Les Paul to Strat, singing his own songs and what he still loves about it all.
