I recently had the great pleasure of speaking with Denis Gagné of The highly acclaimed The Musical Box. Genesis fans will be aware that The Musical Box has not only been sanctioned by the members of Genesis but they are the only band actually licensed by them and with access to their archives and original tapes. (Peter Gabriel has been quoted as saying that he took his kids to experience the show so they could see “what their father did back then!”) Denis talks about the current tour which brings The Musical Box to the Music Box at the Borgata on June 7 and 8. A GENESIS EXTRAVAGANZA is “an unprecedented musical feast of 1970-1977 favorites and rarities” and not to be missed.
