One of Philadelphia’s favorite sons, Todd Rundgren, has a new book called THE INDIVIDUALIST: digressions, dreams and dissertations. He’s incorporating it into the latest tour which brings him to the Fillmore Philly May 1-2 with a book signing at Barnes and Noble too.
