The Broadway rendition of Alanis Morissette’s Jagged Little Pill will come to the Kimmel Cultural Center in January.
The show captures the “joy, rage, love, heartache, strength, wisdom, catharsis, (and) LIFE” of the 1995 album. Morissette and Glen Ballard wrote the show’s music.
Morissette became popular based on the candor and authenticity of her music, and the show recreates the sentiment with a focus on the “perfectly imperfect American family.”
Tickets are on sale for the performance from Jan. 3-15, 2023.
