That whole cell phone incident aside, Paul McCartney‘s show at Liverpool’s Cavern Club yesterday (July 26) was quite the scene.
Macca performed a show at the Liverpool club on July 26, in which the crowd was asked not to take photos. Per NME, McCartney stopped in the middle of his cover of Eddie Cochran’s “Twenty Flight Rock” and told the crowd, “You’ve all been told not to take photos. You’re taking them, and you’re taking, and it’s putting me off! So, you know, play by the rules, man!”
Just take a look at our gallery showing excited fans queuing up for the intimate gig! (That’s right…”queuing up,” not “lining up.” Since the show was in Liverpool, we went full England. Excuse us while we head to High Tea.)
