On Saturday, April 21 nearly 800 MGK listeners came out to Independence Seaport Museum to enjoy 50 tasty beers from 25 of the PA, NJ and DE area’s best brewers. They soaked up superb views of the Delaware River on a gorgeous weather day, rocked to tunes spun by the WMGK DJs (from their personal collections) and enjoyed awesome experiences, delicious food and free prizes.
Listeners voted for their favorite beers in two categories – Best Flagship Beer & Best Specialty Beer.
Broken Goblet took the award for Best Flagship Beer for their 2018 Bubba’s Teabag American Pale Ale.
Crooked Eye Brewery took the award for Best Specialty Beer Angry Piper’s Scotch Ale.
