VIDEO: Axl Rose on ‘New Looney Tunes’ Playing Potential New Song

For those nursing a Christmas hangover or maybe still in a food coma, this video is real and not some sort of fever dream.

The clip below is from New Looney Tunes, a new series on the cartoon streaming service Boomerang, and features Axl Rose helping Bugs Bunny and company prevent a massive asteroid from destroying the Earth.  How does Axl and the Looney Tunes save the Earth? With the power of music and by performing a song called “Rock the Rock,” which appears to be the first new piece of music from Axl since 2008’s Chinese Democracy.

Now, while animated Axl sounds an awful lot like the actual Axl, there’s still no confirmation that it is definitely Axl.  Either way, this is easily the most whimsical (and most unlikely) piece of rock news that few saw coming, and if you did...well, stop it!  No one likes a liar.
