Gibson Guitars To Replace Guitars Damaged In Nashville Tornado

Nashville based Gibson Guitars has announced that they will be providing guitars to any musician whose instrument was damaged or destroyed in tornado that struck Nashville on Tuesday (3/3).

Gibson Gives said in a press release, “Our goal is to get a guitar back into the hands of anyone who has had their guitar damaged or destroyed in the recent Tennessee storm. As a Nashville, Tennessee based company, we are also engaging with our artists and other partners to provide support across many areas.”

Gibson posted to their Instagram, "Nashville is stepping-up for those who need support in the wake of the recent severe storms and Gibson will be a part of that support in many ways. One way that Gibson will provide immediate help is to give a guitar to any musician who had their guitar damaged or destroyed by the recent Tennessee tornado. Also, The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee has activated the Middle Tennessee Emergency Response Fund for those who wish to donate money toward recovery efforts.

President Donald Trump is scheduled to visit Nashville today (3/6).
