The Hooters will return to their origins in Philadelphia at the Keswick Theatre in Glenside on Friday, Nov. 4.
Founders Rob Hyman and Eric Bazilian helped the band reach prominence on the local progressive rock scene during the 1980s after meeting at the University of Penn.
They recorded early hits like “All You Zombies” and “Fightin’ On The Same Side” at their home studio in Manayunk, affectionately called “The Ranch.” Their first performance together took place in Levittown, PA in 1980.
