‘Almost Famous’ vs. ‘Singles’

DownloadJune 27th

The soundtrack for the 1992 Cameron Crowe-directed film, ‘Singles’, is celebrating its 30th Anniversary this week. The film, featuring cameos from musicians such as Eddie Vedder and Chris Cornell wouldn’t be the last music-centric film former Rolling Stone writer, Cameron Crowe, would direct. In 2001, Crowe released the semi-autobiographical film, ‘Almost Famous’ detailing the rock and roll heyday of the 1970s. Which bears the question… which one holds the title of Cameron Crowe’s best film? ‘Almost Famous’ or ‘Singles’?
