It is currently “Philly loves Bowie Week” in the city, and there’s all kinds of great events happening to celebrate the life of a musical icon who shared a deep bound with the City of Brotherly Love. We got the chance to talk with one of the musicians performing in it on Sunday, for “A Night of Stardust” at Union Transfer.
He is lifelong David Bowie guitarist, Earl Slick (who also played with John Lennon, Yoko and many other well-known classic rockers), have a listen!
