One of the wildest and wackiest traditions in the city of Philadelphia takes place on New year’s Day when an estimated 10,000 Mummers march down Broad St. in some of the most creative and colorful clothing you’ll ever lay eyes on.
The crowd at the Mummers Parade 2023 saw some unexpectedly nice weather for January and a rarity when the holiday fell on the same day as a home game for the Philadelphia Eagles.
