Not being on Instagram for too long, Will is already dropping some inspiring truth bombs.
Of course, people ended up recording his story so it could be posted online, and Smith talks about failure and how to be successful, you have to challenge failure.
It's super inspiring, and totally something we need to hear - especially on a Monday morning.
