Ray Koob – The Caring & ‘Careful’ Dot

This Mother's Day the MGK DJs are reflecting on the importance of their mother in their life.  Ray Koob tells us about his mother "Dot".

"Dot" was my Mom, and a great one at that.

She instilled in me the importance of caring for your family, as well as traditions, both of which have stayed with me.

One of Mom's "things" was to tell you to "Be careful" (in a sing-song way), as you pulled out of the driveway. The subtle reminder that it's not you, but "the other guy" who might cause an accident.

Here she is, with Dad and the whole family, in the '80s. Miss ya, Dot!
