‘What We Do In The Shadows’ TV Spin-Off Finally Has A Trailer
‘Wellington Paranormal,’ the spin-off from ‘What We Do In The Shadows,’ follows the supernatural cops that were featured in the film.
Taika Waititi‘s 2014 mockumentary is about a group of vampires who live in a house together and was co-created by Waititi and ‘Flight of the Conchords’ star Jemaine Clement. It’s also been noted that they are working to adapt the movie for an American version, which I don’t see translating that well. Then again, Waititi did a great job with ‘Thor: Ragnarok,’ so it could be a success!
If you’ve not watched ‘What We Do In The Shadows’ for a long time, I’ll refresh your memory. The cops showed up to the house where the vampires lived, and they were able to trick the cops into thinking that everything was fine, when in fact, they were standing upon a murder scene.
The trailer for the upcoming show can be seen here, and will be released on July 11 on TVNZ (Television New Zealand), but knowing the people that are into the movie ‘What We Do In The Shadows,’ we’re sure it will either be sold into DVD sets later, put on OnDemands of TV providers or, ahem, found on the interwebs.
