Luke Perry was an Extra in a Twisted Sisters Video
Actor Luke Perry, who died Monday, March 4 after suffering a massive stroke last week, is best known for his role on Beverly Hills 90210.
However one of his first gigs was as an extra in the video for Twisted Sister’s “Be Chrool to your Scuel”.
MTV refused to play the school themed video in the mid 80’s. Allegedly the zombie content was too gross for MTV and editing would not fix it, however Snider believed the video was banned due to the band becoming a target of the Parents Music Resource Center.
The track featured Alice Cooper, Clarence Clemons, Billy Joel and Brian Setzer. Check out the video below
