Yesterday was one of the best days on the Calder, year in and year out — Mother’s Day.

Now, we all know, moms deserve more than just one day on the calendar, but we have to make do with what we have for now.

There is nothing in the world quite like the love a mom gives to her kids and their outlook on life in general.

It goes without saying, the world is a much better place with all mother’s in it.

Mother's Day With Betty Cord...

Luckily for me, I got to spend my Mother’s Day with my 94-year-old mom — the one and only, Betty Cord!

To say my mom is wonderful would be the understatement of the century!

She truly has accomplished so much in her life, and her biggest accomplishment would have to be the love she passed down to our family.

That includes five children, 11 grandkids, and 10 more great-grandkids on top of that!

She has been so special to each and every one of us!

A Message To All The Moms...

So in honor of her and all the other mothers out there, I want to extend my gratitude towards all the moms out there the day after Mother’s Day!

That includes my wife, Pattyann, who is an amazing mother to her kids!

Moms have always loved us unconditionally, guiding us through all the good and bad that life comes with.

Their love and support have shaped us into the people we are today.

So on this Mother’s Day, we extend our appreciation to all the fantastic, awesome, extraordinary moms, stepmoms, grandmoms, and any other mother figures who have stepped up and touched our lives.

The world is a much better place with all of you in it, and we’d most likely all be lost without you.

So one last thank you to all you moms and God bless!

I hope you all enjoyed your Mother’s Day, wherever it took you!
