Bob Uecker, Legendary Brewers Broadcaster and ‘Major League’ Star, Dies at 90
Bob Uecker, the longtime play-by-play announcer for the Milwaukee Brewers who also played Harry Doyle in the Major League films, has died. He was 90.
The Brewers shared the news of Uecker’s passing saying, “We are heartbroken to announce that Brewers icon and Baseball Hall of Famer Bob Uecker passed away today at the age of 90.”
