Comfort food, classic cars and classic rock were the savory elements of John DeBella’s 8th annual Comfort Food Fest, held at the Simeone Auto Museum. Nine of the area’s top chefs provided delectable dishes, but it was The Fat Ham that ultimately took the trophy. Chef Aaron Gottesman’s winning menu item consisted of pulled baby back ribs, cheesy grits and red-eye gravy.
