Top Candy Choices by 6 Celebrities
Buzzfeed was created to do three things for the internet. First and foremost, it’s to tell us which Hogwarts house we’d be placed in by answering these 10 questions. Second, build lists of copycat recipes so we can all make Panera Bread’s Mac n Cheese at home! I’ve made it. It’s delicious. Third, they’re there to tell us what the top candy choices are by celebrities because we just need to know. Let’s run through a few and see if they’re just like us or not.
Kelly Clarkson: Mounds
No. This makes me think Kelly Clarkson hasn’t made a good decision since she recorded her Wrapped in Red Christmas album. Underneath the Tree is a great song. Can’t wait to hear that 1,000x between December 1st and 25th.
Kansas City Chiefs Quarterback Patrick Mahomes: Starbursts, especially the red ones.
He’s partially right. It should say, “Especially the pink ones”. The joy of opening a fun-sized starburst pack on Halloween (really anytime) and getting two pinks. Perfection!
Eagles center Jason Kelce’s little brother Travis Kelce: Butterfinger
This came up on their New Heights podcast. We found out that Jason is a smart man because he talked about how candy corn is straight-up trash. They both agreed butterfingers are a top candy. I can’t go against Jason Kelce. So we’re all Butterfinger fans now.
Awkwafina: Raisinets
Awkwafina knows good candy when she sees it. Raisinets are bangin’. Costco’s Kirkland brand chocolate-covered raisins are amazing.
Jon Bernthal: Dubble Bubble
I’m not one to argue with a guy who would immediately kick my ass, but the only gum that loses flavor faster than Double Bubble is the Zebra striped gum. The Zebra-striped gum was the best for about 10 seconds.
Kourtney Kardashian: Kit Kat
I was told this was a list of celebrities.

Keychains are handy, but they’re not exactly the kind of treasure kids hope to find in their candy haul. They want stuff that’s sweet, not stuff for keys they don’t have. Save yourself some money and pass on key chains.

We all know cleanliness is important, but getting soap, shampoo, or hand sanitizer in your treat bag on Halloween is not what kids look forward to. It’s a treat, not a trip to the pharmacy. It’s like getting socks for Christmas. While practical, it’s not exactly exciting.

Coins may have been an acceptable treat decades ago, but nowadays, they’re seen as disappointing. Kids prefer candy. Or maybe small toys (if they’re exciting/cool enough). Unless, you’re giving away the big bucks, steer clear of this one.

Healthy snacks are great, but Halloween is all about the sugar rush. Kids aren’t exactly thrilled to find a mix of fruit and nuts in their bag. They’re hoping for chocolates and gummies, not something they associate with after-school snacks.

Adults may appreciate coupons for discounts at local businesses, but they don’t make for a fun Halloween treat for kids. Saving money is cool, but Halloween is all about instant gratification. And coupons for discounts don’t really make the cut.
