Restaurant Owner’s Son Goes To Woman’s Home After Bad Review
Restaurant reviews can be extremely helpful to the public, especially when you are considering dining at a new eatery.
But, apparently, leaving a bad review can come with consequences.
According to WFTV, a man in Orlando, Florida decided to take matters into his own hands after his family’s restaurant received a bad review online.
Monica Walley was unhappy with Daybreak Diner for allegedly not being overly-accommodating to her disabled mother.
In her restaurant review, she said the staff was rude to her and her mom.
The restaurant owner’s son, Michael Johnson, found Walley’s address online and then drove to her residence with some friends.
Once at the residence, Normal Auvil, Johnson’s friend, fired several shots in to the home, nearly striking someone sitting in the TV room.
Luckily, no one was hurt during the ordeal.
Auvil has since been arrested and faces a slew of charges.
After reading this story, will you think twice before leaving another bad restaurant review?
